How may I pay?

My preferred method of payment is through PayPal. It is SECURE, EASY and FREE. For more information please go to www.paypal.com 

 

All payments must be made within seven days of ordering or the item will be returned to my shop.  If you have any problems, then please email. 

 

UK Buyers Only:  I can also accept personal cheques.  If you wish to pay by cheque please email me with details of the product you wish to purchase and I will send you instructions on how to proceed.

 

What do you charge for postage?

I offer FREE POSTAGE WORLDWIDE

UK deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail First Class.
INTERNATIONAL deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail.
INSURED DELIVERY is an optional extra which can be selected from the 'Insured delivery' section.
(Please note that I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if the insurance option is not taken.  I always obtain a certificate of posting.)

 

All purchases are dispatched promptly within 2 working days of your payment clearance. 

 

What is your returns policy?

I want you to be delighted with your purchase, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied please email me immediately and I will offer a full refund less postage costs. The item must be returned in original condition within 10 days using recorded delivery.

NB: For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

How do you package your jewellery when posting to a customer?

All of my jewellery is presented in a velvet drawstring bag free of charge, or you can choose to have it in a presentation box at a small extra charge. The choice is entirely yours. It is then bubble wrapped and sealed in a padded envelope.

 

Is all the jewellery you sell made by you?

Yes. I design, and make all the jewellery, and accessories sold on this site.
